Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Size Exchanges
Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges for eligible items. Exchange items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers requesting a size exchange will be required to pay a $30 USD replacement shipping and handling fee before the replacement item is sent out.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), beauty products, underwear, swimwear, gift cards, and sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
